01 · overview
three steps
- Launch a coin. One signature and a flat fee.
- At 1 SOL in fees it splices. The pad mints it automatically.
- 50% of the splice’s fees go to the parent’s holders. Forever, checked every minute.
02 · splices
the bar
A coin splices once the pad has claimed its current bar in fees since its last splice. The bar then resets.
Every 6 hours without a splice, the bars fall by 10%, down to 0.5 SOL. The pad signs every splice; nobody can request or speed one up.
A splice anywhere restarts the drought clock. A coin already making progress keeps its lower bar until its own next splice, so a splice elsewhere never takes its progress away.

03 · quiet and gone
two states
- quiet
- Under 0.1 SOL of fees in 24 hours. Cannot splice. Still pays its holders.
- gone
- Quiet for 30 days. Still pays; nothing else changes.
Both are read from the fees a coin produces, rather than a flag. A coin that earns again stops being quiet on its own.
04 · payout rounds
every minute
Every minute the pad reads who holds the coin. A round pays when the pool has 0.003 SOL of new money to divide, or when 5 minutes have passed since its last round.
Your weight is the smaller of what you held at that reading and at the coin’s previous round, so you have to hold from one round to the next. The pool, less its rent and fee reserve, is divided on those weights.
A share below the sending floor stays in the pool with your name on it and is added to your next share. A wallet holding no SOL is paid once its share covers the account rent.

basis points

a splice
50% its parent’s holders35% its own treasury15% the pad
A coin’s treasury funds its own splices. The pad’s 15% buys its own token and burns it, every 5 minutes.
Every split is written into the coin at the mint, and the admin is revoked in the same instruction. Nothing can edit it afterwards. A coin page reads the split back from the chain.
06 · launching
one signature
- Your wallet creates the coin. The pad builds the transaction and sends what you sign. You never hand over a key.
- One flat fee, no share. Launching gives you no fee share and no mint key. Network rent and fees come on top; your wallet shows them before you sign.
- Buy once the coin is live. The launch form opens its coin page. Your first buy is a separate action after launch.

07 · who holds what
no keys held
The launcher’s wallet is the coin’s creator. The pad never signs for a launcher or holds a key of theirs. The launcher holds no fee share and no key once the coin is minted.
A splice is a mint the pad signs itself, because nobody asks for a splice.
A holder pool is an address that holds SOL and pays it out in plain transfers. No program, token account, deposit or approval. If a pool owes you, it sends.
