what the pad does, does not promise and cannot control

what the pad does

mechanics

  • It builds the one transaction that creates your coin and hands it to you to sign. Your wallet is the coin’s creator, and the fee split is written into the coin in the same instruction that revokes the admin.
  • It mints a splice once a coin reaches its current bar. The default bars are 1 / 2 / 2 SOL for successive splices, lowered during a splice drought. Coin pages show the active bar, including any test override.
  • It divides a parent’s holder pool among that parent’s holders as often as every minute and writes down every figure the division used.
  • It keeps 15% of every coin’s trading fees, and buys and burns its own token with that.

what it does not promise

no returns

  • No coin here is an investment and nothing on this site is advice. A coin earns trading fees or it earns nothing.
  • A coin that is not traded earns no fees, never splices and pays nothing. Most coins are not traded.
  • A pool with under 0.003 SOL of new money waits, for at most 5 minutes, and a share under 0.0005 SOL is held until it is worth sending. A wallet that leaves keeps whatever is held for it; if it never crosses the floor again, those lamports stay in the pool.
  • The price of any coin launched here is set by whoever trades it, not by the pad.

what it cannot control

outside the pad

  • The chain. A congested network, a failed transaction or an outage delays a round, and a delayed round is paid on a later pass rather than skipped.
  • The fee program a coin’s fees are collected by. Anyone may claim a coin’s fees, not only the pad, and a claim made by somebody else is not in the pad’s own books.
  • Whether a coin’s picture or name stays available: both are stored off the chain by whoever uploaded them.
